This is a unique opportunity to not only join an amazing company, but also be part of our first professional services team in Mexico.About the RoleWe are looking for a hardworking, innovative, and collaborative HCM Consultant to be part of our team. As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions. You will provide your implementation expertise to our clients while understanding how to best configure and test Workday solutions to meet their business requirements. You should be detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to successfully partner with customers and your project team. Be ready to be challenged and have funKey Areas of Responsibility- Master at least 2 modules in the Workday HCM product suite (HCM Core and Compensation).- Perform the following on a client engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assist the client in testing.- Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday.- Assist the Integration Consulting team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.- Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all client engagements.- Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions.- Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.- Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships.About YouBasic Qualifications:- 4+ years of functional experience with at least one of the following HCM solutions: HCM Core OR Advanced Compensation.- Previous consulting experience either as a consultant with a professional services company or as an internal consultant.Other Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.- Passion for customer service.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.- Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously a plus.- Bilingual in Spanish and English required.Are you being referred to one of our roles?
