**Job Description Summary**: Supports the Facility as HR business partner in all activities related to keep employees engaged and retained, such as labor relations conflict management, talent acquisition, performance management, engagement programs, communication programs, rewards and recognition, employee events, payroll related issues, HR services (transportation and cafeteria) and union support on timely manner and with high service standards.**HRBP****Education and Experience**:- Bachelor’s degree completed at any administrative career.- Minimum 5 year of experience at Human Resources area.**Knowledge and Skills**:Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.Ethics investigationBe self-directed and motivated.Integrity and trustDecision makingEmployee union relation'sTRESS System expertiseWorkday.Computer literacy in Microsoft office.Initiative, Responsiveness, Responsible, Customer service, Teamwork, Communication and negotiation skills**.****Required Skills**:Optional Skills**Primary Work Location**: MEX Juarez Healthcare**Additional Locations**:**Work Shift**:
