We are seeking a rock star Asset Management Analyst / Associate to join our dynamic and rapidly growing asset management team in Mexico City. This role will support the ongoing management, optimization, and value creation of HASTA’s multifamily portfolio across the United States and Latin America. Responsibilities: Support senior asset management team in monitoring and optimizing the performance of HASTA’s multifamily portfolio. Analyze property-level operating and financial performance, including variance analysis versus budgets and business plans. Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets, capital expenditure plans, and periodic reforecasts. Review monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting from third-party property managers and prepare internal portfolio and asset-level reporting. Participate in the execution of asset-level strategies focused on revenue growth, expense optimization, and capital improvement initiatives. Assist with property management oversight, including review of operating metrics, leasing performance, and resident experience KPIs. Support ongoing coordination with third-party property management firms and leasing brokers and RFP processes for new acquisitions. Conduct market research and competitive set analysis to support pricing, leasing, and strategic decisions. Perform site visits, asset reviews, and implementation of operational initiatives. Support acquisition and disposition processes by assisting with underwriting assumptions, due diligence, and transition planning. Coordinate with construction, development, and finance/accounting teams to support capital projects and operational optimization initiatives. The position is based in HASTA’s Mexico City headquarters and may entail occasional travel to the US and Latin America. Experience & Educational Requirements: Fluent in English Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong financial and analytical skills; experience with real estate operating statements, budgets, and variance analysis is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assets and priorities simultaneously Highly proficient in Excel modeling Bachelor's degree required Experience as an analyst in banking, private equity, or similar preferred HASTA Capital is proud of our diversity.
