Provide adequate coordination to establish and maintain operational efficiency, ensure trust, and exceed customer expectations whenever possible.**JOB DESCRIPTION**The Import-Export Specialist 1 prepares all documents for the customs clearance of raw materials and finished goods, such as customs invoices, and coordinates the import and export processes with customs brokers. Receives instructions and job specifications from the Export Leader, which are shared with the rest of the team. Perform tasks according to operational requirements. Maintains communication with customs agencies for improved service and shipment coordination. Maintains assertive, open, and effective communication with the Traffic and Distribution areas.**ROLE**- Monitor delivery times of the Export area.- Provide support in the import operation of raw material, finished product, returns and machinery.- Review Proformas IN, A1, AF.- Assign and authorize the pedimentos IN, A1, AF.- Respond to requests for shipments outside the system.- Provide support in the Export operation.- Review Proformas RT.- Assign and authorize the payment of pedimentos RT.- Monitoring of daily export plan.- Maintain controls and logs.- Distribute workload to meet goals.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,849.49 - $24,036.50 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
