**Manufacturing startup located in Salinas Victoria is looking for a Sr. Trade Compliance Analyst.****Job Information**:The Senior Trade Compliance Analyst will support the company's Trade Compliance program with a focus on Mexico. This role will consist of IMMEX, Prosec, and VAT certification compliance, currency trade analysis, fixed asset control, HTS support classification, special compliance projects, and metrics creation, all while delivering results that comply with MX Customs and other applicable government laws and regulations.**Job Requirement**:- Required Education: Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred.- Minimum Required Experience: 5 years.- Fluent English.- Visa and Passport, willingness to travel.- Knowledge of Oracle and SAP ERP.**Role and Responsibility**:- Respond promptly to internal and external customers.- Ensure compliance with IMMEX, Prosec and VAT Certifications.- Fixed Asset Importation, Control and Administration.- Proactively classify items for HTS (RM and FG).- Support the free trade program by issuing internal and client certificates and partner with Sourcing to ensure a high response rate from suppliers.- Monthly Operational and Compliance Metrics / KPIs.- Special Project Compliance.- Support in resolving operations issues.**Required Skills**:- Experience in IMMEX, Prosec and VAT Certifications administration.- Annex 24 Competence in setup, analysis and retroactive process.- Annex 30 monthly reports.- Understanding of various trade related topics such as classification, valuation, Incoterms, record keeping, auditing, country of origin, tariff optimization / Free Trade Agreements, etc.- Control and administration of Fixed Assets.- Knowledge of Customs Law, Submanufacturing, INEGI report, Rule 8ª, special operations such as F4, F5, A3.- Must have critical thinking skills, excellent research and analysis skills, strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills and be detail-oriented.**Preferred Skills and Experience**:- Experience in Trade Compli:ance within a manufacturing environment.- Mastery of Annex 24 software.- Proficiency with Trade Compliance such as IMMEX, Prosec and VAT Certificate.**Scope of Decision Making**:Direct Manager: Trade Compliance Manager.**Communication**:Internal - Shared View:- Support and backfill for Trade Compliance Analyst.- Support trade compliance and operations.- Support internal stakeholders.External - Shared View:- Customs Agents.- Suppliers specialized in Trade Compliance.**Mode: In-person**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Tiene Visa y Pasaporte vigentes?- ¿Tiene problema con la ubicación del puesto?- ¿Tiene conocimiento y experiência en Anexo 24 y Anexo 30, así como Imp-Exp y aduanas?Escolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Ingles Avanzado (Obligatorio)Licencia/Certificación:- INMEX (Obligatorio)- Prosec (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
