SAP Authorization / Basis Senior Consultant Join our SAP team and make an impact by ensuring secure and efficient SAP environments. In this role you will shape authorization concepts and collaborate with functional consultants to deliver scalable solutions for large organizations. Key Responsibilities Define and implement role and authorization concepts across SAP systems Create roles and custom authorization objects aligned with business needs Support and advise customers on authorization tools beyond SAP solutions Build and execute roles based on defined authorization concepts Validate roles with basic Segregation of Duties (SoD) checks Collaborate closely with functional consultants during authorization activities Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent education +7 years of professional experience with SAP Basis and authorization concepts Hands‑on experience across different SAP systems in private and public cloud Ability to design and implement scalable solutions for large organizations Familiarity with Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles Excellent communication and collaboration skills Professional demeanor with a strong customer focus Analytical and structured working attitude Location: Remote across Mexico or hybrid when based in Guadalajara Type of contract: Unlimited Language: Fluent in English and Spanish Start: Flexible Working time: Full‑time Consulting experience: Beneficial Valid US Visa, Mexican passport and availability to travel At a Glance MHP has been digitizing processes and products for around 300 mobility and manufacturing sector customers worldwide for 29 years.
