The IS&T Manager is responsible for strategic planning, defining project approaches and methodology, producing executive status reports, issue and risk management, managing overall operations for Retail, Corporate and Distribution Centers, conducting after action analysis and setting consistent standards and processes for Louis Vuitton Mexico. He/she support deployment of major projects, in coordination with the LV Solutions team ( in Americas, Europe and Asia) and Infrastructure teams as well as with Central (Headquarters in Europe) teams. The IS&T Manager closely partners with US Operations and Projects teams to identify opportunities and to help deliver our roadmap.. He/she is expected to be fully knowledgeable about Retail organization and processes. The IS&T Manager must also be 100% business oriented as he/she is a Business Analyst/Internal Consultant for the Mexico, Caribbean and Central America (MCC) Management Team. He/she has to fully define requirements and create solutions and must gain the trust and respect of his/her business users. He/she is fully responsible for, and deeply knowledgeable of, the various technologies employed by the Retail, Corporate and Logistics organization in Mexico, this includes Konesh, Oracle, ATG, Windows, O365 suite, telephony systems and all integrations.**Profile**:**Additional information**:Louis Vuitton is a company that respects the uniqueness of each employee and offers everyone the means to find their place and thrive.
