We are hiring an **Accounting Intern** who will be supporting in everyday accounting and finance activities.**As an intern, you will be doing**:- Participate on manual costing process.- Analysis and split of import costs.- Booking of imports costs.- Analysis of inventory finished goods.- Analysis and correction of other vendors inventory bookings.- Accounting Reports Tie out.- Participate on account reconciliation process.- Elaborate reports to explain account balances including supporting documentation.- Electronic Invoice review.- SoP elaboration**Who you are**:**Required Skills and Competencies**- Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.- To graduate at least in December 2025 or later.- Availability to work from 8am to 5pm or 7am to 4pm.- Advanced English level.- Intermediate Excel skills.- General knowledge of Mexican tax law.**Preferred Skills and Competencies**- Ability to multi-task- Organization skills.- Strong problem-solving skills.- Critical thinking (know how to prioritize, evaluate an analyze the best outcome)- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proficient in the use of basic technology programs such as Microsoft Office**Why people choose to work with us**:At Steelcase, we put people at the center of everything we do.
