For more information, please visit solera.com. **The Role** As a Lead Software Engineer, you will serve as an individual contributor on a squad of software engineers and SDETs. You will collaborate with the engineering manager and architects to provide technical strategy and direction, implementing requirements from product managers and UX designers. You will work with a stack that includes Rails and Postgres, with containerized microservices in Kubernetes (k8s). This role operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on high quality and on-time delivery.6 to 8 years of experience in software engineering with prior experience as a lead.**Strong experience with C#, MSSQL, K8s, Kubernetes, AI/ML, LLMs.**Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts and solutions.Experience in leading technical projects and providing strategic direction.Familiarity with Jira and Agile methodologies.Ability to provide high-level estimations and contribute to roadmap refinement.A go-getter attitude with the ability to work autonomously and shape delivery.*It is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
