DE C.V.****Position: Finance Controller**- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting- 8 to 10 years of experience in General Accounting and/or Business with prior leadership experience and minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive.- SAP knowledge required / BPC knowledge is a bonus.- Strong Cost Accounting experience and analytical skills- CPA or CMA preferred.- Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX or J-SOX) preferred.- Superior verbal and written communication skills- Excellent planning and organizational skills- Good conflict resolution and analysis skills and experience working in a multi-cultural environment.- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.- Availability to travel**Responsibilities**:- Partner with Plant Manager and Operations team on all aspects of the business to drive maximum profitability.- Responsible for leading and performing all controlling functions and financial reporting activities including month-end close, P&L preparation, and ownership of assigned balance sheet accounts.- Perform cost center reporting, material and labor & overhead variance analysis, forecasting, and KPI management.- Maintain and report on standard product costs, including cost rolls in SAP as required.- Coordinate, support, and report on all inventory-related activities including cycle counting.- Key owner of the annual budget and periodic financial forecasts ensuring all objectives are met.- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain an environment of internal control and compliance with NGK accounting policies and J-SOX requirements.- Safeguard all plant assets including inventory and capital assets via robust processes and internal controls.- Liaise with Regional Headquarters on key business and accounting issues.- Manage plant-level quarterly and year-end internal and external audits.- Train and develop direct reports and other associates to be experts on manufacturing processes focusing on measuring and improving profitability.- Identify and lead special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.- Adhere to all company policies and procedures which include JSOX, IATF, ISO, ISMS, and Safety related policies.- Ensure process achievements and promote customer focus throughout the organization.**Behavioral Competencies**:- Creative Thinking - creativity, imagination, problem solving.- Collaboration - Emotional Intelligence, Teamwork, Adaptability.- Communication - Expression, Language, EmpathyTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 al mesHorario:- Diurno- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Días por enfermedad- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Teléfono de la empresa- Vales de despensaDisponibilidad para viajar:- 25 % (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
