**El Rol**:Responsable por la planificación de la producción, garantizando cumplimiento de las demandas, seguridad y la mejor optimización de la producción. Interfase con NMI y Mantenimiento para garantizar las horas de desarrollo y las horas de mantenimiento. Key user SAP del módulo PP. Garantizar el cumplimiento de la programación evaluando con los responsables de Producción / Procesos en caso no se pudo cumplir el objetivo.**Responsabilidades**:KEY USER MODULO PP: Configurar SAP considerando los flujos de proceso y las particularidades de los productos, garantizando las políticas y procedimientos para el MRP y para las adecuadas notificaciones en sistema.PLANIFICACION DE LA PRODUCCION (MPS): Con base en el S&OP, demanda, stock de seguridad, OEE, horas de desarrollo, horas de mantenimiento y mejor optimización de los procesos de debe correr el MPS garantizando que se cumpla con la capacidad disponible y tomando acciones con el equipo multifuncional en caso se tenga algún desvió.CONTROL DE PRODUCCION: Diariamente debe presentar los resultados de producción comparado con el programa, generando plan de acción si esta abajo del target. Hacer monitoreo de las acciones escalonando en caso sea necesario.GESTION DE STOCK, WIP Y BUFFER: Con base en la performance de producción, cabe al coordinador garantizar los stocks de producto terminado, los WIP´s según el layout definido y el tiempo máximo de exposición y los buffers cuando aplique.GESTION DE ORDEN DE PRODUCCION: Garantizar que cada orden abierta fue adecuadamente definida y cerrada. Si por algún motivo no se pudo cerrar en el mes, se debe llevar un control de seguimiento semanalPLANIFICACION DE DESARROLLO: Garantizar que las horas de desarrollo definido por NMI serán cumplidas en tiempo y forma según los milestones de los clientes. En caso tenga algún retraso en la producción o alguna necesidad adicional de NMI se debe organizar con el equipo multifuncional.**Conocimientos**:- Ingeniería Industrial o afín.- 8 años de experiência en puesto similar.- Inglés avanzado.- SAP - Modulo PP.- Planificación de Producción.- Gestión de Procesos / Industrial.- S&OP.- SAP.- Power BI.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anual
