**Responsibilities**:- Supervises a small team of Recovery Analysts, ensuring required service levels and performance goals of assigned support staff- Works closely with managers and staff within all areas of Default Management and external groups to recommend and implement improvements in process, productivity and workflow- Uses advanced reporting, technical and analytical skills to support business decisions pertaining to asset recovery and train junior Analysts- Serves as backup to Senior Team Lead, escalates problems and recommends revisions in procedures as appropriate- Responsible for the documentation of internal policies and procedures for more efficient recovery processes- Provide input with regards to all training and development needs for assigned personnel- Direct impact by ensuring the quality of tasks provided by self and others on team- Exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical manner with tact and sensitivity to audience diversity- Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.**Qualifications**:- 0-2 years relevant experience- Degree Qualified in a relevant business discipline- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and legislation- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Exposure to retail banking products (e.g. credit cards, personal loans)**Education**:- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
