JD As the CEO, you will be the driving force behind company's vision, strategy, and execution. You will have full responsibility to build a market-leading organization. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the company's long‑term vision, strategic plan, and annual operating plans to achieve aggressive growth targets. Fleet & Operations Management : Oversee all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle procurement, asset lifecycle management, maintenance programs, spare parts inventory, and logistics to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. Team Building & Management : Recruit, mentor, and lead a high‑performing team. Design the organizational structure and foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation. Business Development & Growth : Identify and pursue new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and lead commercial efforts to build a strong client base. Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary liaison with the board of directors and investors, providing transparent reporting on the company's performance, challenges, and opportunities. Required Qualifications & Experience Executive Leadership : Proven experience in a senior leadership role (e.g., GM, Director, VP, C‑level) with significant P&L responsibility. Fleet Management Expertise : Deep and sound experience in the fleet management, automotive, logistics, or asset‑heavy industries. You must have a strong command of asset lifecycle management (vehicles, spare parts, etc.). Company Building : Demonstrated success in building, leading, and scaling teams and organizations, ideally from an early stage. You know how to design an organization and hire the right talent to execute a vision. Language Proficiency : Full proficiency in English is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications (A Plus) Workforce Management : Hands‑on experience leading and motivating drivers & warehouse staff. This demonstrates an understanding of front‑line operations.
