Assure the economic efficiency of the selected logistic concepts; assure compliance with agreed-upon customer specifications (internal as well as external customers).***Responsibilities**:- Calculation of packaging costs (material and handling, logistics) based on data from Logistics Planning and Packaging Development.- Create logistic concepts for the plant/segment, based on the line-back planning method.- Plan and design of logístical equipment + transport systems, warehouses + supermarkets, logístical buffer space + FIFO-lanes, logístical infrastructure + steering systems, as well as information + material flow in close coordination with Production Scheduling- Creation and maintain of PFEP (Plan for every Pack) of whole supply basis.- Define KPI for process control and establish a suitable monitoring system.- Continuously analyse quality deviations and monitor processes for compliance to guidelines.- Describe and standardize logístical processes, create instructions + work procedures, create a suitable qualification concept, as well as conducting process.- Ensure the Lean Logistics practices and robust the Lennox PhilosophyQualifications:Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience.May require forklift certification. Thorough knowledge of shipping and receiving and material feeding, based on Material Handling techniques.Requires proficiency on problem solving tools and numerical analysis. Strong verbal communication skills. Effectively motivates and manages a team.Describe and standardize logístical processes, create instructions + work procedures, create a suitable qualification concept, as well as conducting process.SAP R3 knowledge. English level, able to keep business talks
