**Roomvu is looking for an Outbound Sales Agent who will take a key role on our team. You’ll be working alongside support team members, collaborating on various hiring roles.****Key Responsibilities**:- **Promote Roomvu video marketing solutions to real estate agents via outbound calls, inbound calls and referrals.**- **Offers excellence in post-sales support for Roomvu products and services.**- **Provide exceptional customer care to our client's customers.**- **Understand customer requirements and recommend/sell solutions that meet those needs.**- **Ensure excellent customer service by communicating with the internal team, and/or appropriately transfer to the responsible department when required.****Schedule: Our call center operates 5 days a week. Shifts are scheduled based on a set rotation and posted 5 weeks in advance. Full-time availability is required.****Currently, we have 3 shifts (8 hours) between our Call Centre timings of**:- **8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday PST**- **9:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday PST****Required Skills, Abilities, and Attributes**:- **Experience in a sales role and/or customer service environment**- **Motivated to meet personal and team sales goals**- **Able to pass a criminal background check and should be 18 years of age or more.**- **Able to deliver sales and service excellence by demonstrating tenacity, persuasiveness, and strong interpersonal skills**- **Passionate about outstanding customer service**- **You are able to analyze data, utilize problem-solving skills, and recommend solutions**- **Able to maintain a high level of performance under the pressure of time constraints and a fast-paced, changing environment**- **Call center experience is an asset**- **Knowledge of the Internet, Television, and Home Phone services that Roomvu offers a plus**- **Familiarity with voice and data/IP products and services****About us**Roomvu offers Automated VIDEO marketing, curated by A.I. which integrates trending topics with REALTOR brands to automatically produce, publish, and post unique videos on each REALTORS®’ social media channels. it generates leads for over 60,000 Real Estate AgentsYou can also learn more in this short videoOur Global team of 40, has grown substantially over the past 2 years and we are excited to welcome you aboard the interview process.**Salary**: $18,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month
