Platform Support Analyst – BairesDev In this role, you'll work with users across the company to understand processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support changes that enhance operational efficiency. You'll provide support on business systems and internal tools, follow established procedures, and help maintain accountability through regular reviews. Your attention to detail and collaborative approach will be important to success in this role. What You'll Do Support User Acceptance Testing to help ensure system functionality meets business requirements. Assist with internal reviews to help maintain compliance with established procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Work with internal teams to support issue reporting and clear communication. What we are looking for Experience in support or operations roles. Familiarity with IT processes and testing. Advanced level of English. Nice to have Experience with SQL, dashboards, and KPIs.
