As a member of the Professional Services team, you will be responsible for implementing our client's products into large enterprise networks. Perform professional services by conducting an initial analysis, architecture, solution design, and planning phase. From there install and configure an initial development/testing environment, which includes connecting to a variety of backend sources and connect consuming applications to verify the functionality and performance expectations are met. Once the customer approves the initial design the configurations will be migrated to the customer’s next environment. You will use light project management activities such as keeping track of what efforts were performed and what are the next steps.You will also attend regular project status meetings and provide input and guidance accordingly. You may be required to create configuration and solution design documentation to suit the customer’s needs if required. However, documentation on architecture, pertinent configurations, and solution design documents are required by the end of the project for internal knowledge transfer. Create integration guides for IAM products for certification purposes and demonstrate a working model of the integration to technology partners. Develop utility tools that are customized using ANT/Shell/Batch scripts for various clients as per their requirements. These scripts are used to automate the process at the customer end. Install and configure new product releases to verify new functionality, features, enhancements, or improvements. Practice configuring features to be prepared to deploy for customers Knowledge transfer to Technical Support team members on a regular basis. Job Requirements Education BS or MS in Computer Science, CIS, or equivalent professional experience. Technical Expertise Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts including web access control, provisioning, password synchronization, federation, and meta-directory technologies. Experience with Web Access Management solutions; SiteMinder experience is a plus. Solid knowledge of LDAP directory technologies (Active Directory, Sun/Oracle) and integration methods such as synchronization and proxy services. Proficiency with MySQL and Oracle SQL databases. Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems. Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory. Familiarity with web/application servers such as Jetty and GlassFish. Skill in batch file and shell scripting. Solid grounding in enterprise security and network management. Professional Skills Excellent written communication skills. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of LDAP directory fundamentals and SQL databases across Windows, Solaris, and Unix/Linux. Knowledge of directory services such as SunOne, ODSEE, and OpenDJ. Experience with application servers such as GlassFish. Familiarity with Java and Eclipse for light scripting tasks. Solid knowledge of Kerberos and experience administering Microsoft platforms. Understanding of Linux security concepts and system administration. Experience provisioning and managing users and groups in both Linux and Windows environments. Familiarity with SSL, PAM, and NSS authentication/security concepts.
