En AMUNTALENT nos encontramos en la búsqueda de personas interesadas en el mundo de las ventas y apasionadas por aprender y desarrollar sus cualidades como _Appointment Setter_.**Responsabilidades**:- Tener contacto directo a través de mensajes con clientes potenciales para establecer citas con los _closer_ de ventas de AMUNTALENT.- Identificar y cualificar clientes potenciales mediante una investigación exhaustiva y preguntas relevantes.- Presentar de manera efectiva, clara y llamativa los productos o servicios de la agencia para generar interés y compromiso.- Mantener registros precisos de todas las llamadas realizadas y citas programadas en el sistema de seguimiento.- Comunicación recurrente con tu cliente para realizar las oportunas actualizaciones del estado de los potenciales clientes.**Requisitos**:- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación: Ser capaz de transmitir información de manera clara y persuasiva es crucial en esta posición. Es crucial para desarrollarse en el puesto tener una excelente ortografía, gramática y oratoria para la venta.- Orientado al cliente: Contar con habilidades para establecer rápidamente una conexión con los clientes potenciales y comprender sus necesidades.- Organización, autonomía y gestión del tiempo: Ser capaz de administrar eficientemente tu tiempo y prioridades es esencial para lograr los objetivos diarios de generación de citas.- Pasión por el crecimiento: Valoramos a las personas que tienen un deseo constante de aprender y crecer profesionalmente.
