Project Assistant

**Yupana Inc. is a technology consulting firm that specializes in wireless professional services. The company was founded in 2011 and provides engineering, design, optimization, implementation consulting and software development services for the wireless telecommunications business in more than 15 countries such as Turkey, Europe, Indonesia, United States, Canada and Mexico.****Work under project management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. On-the-job training will be provided.****Responsibilities**:- Ensure the project is progressing as it should be.- Monitor progress.- Coordinate meetings.- Support project manager.- Coordinate schedule.- Reporting the current state of the project.- High level of customer satisfaction by ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and managed.- Assists in preparing project specifications, production of technical reports, and others.- Assist in the preparation of proposals and tracks them.- Prepares what is needed for purchases.- Coordinate hotels and follow up.- Coordinate manlift requests and follow up.- Request site access.- KPIs check.- Customer contact follow-up.**Qualifications**:- English skills: Written and verbal communication skills-Advanced- Service orientation- Highly organized- Capacity to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously- Strong communicator, with an ability to influence and persuade others- Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with colleagues of varied backgrounds.- Organized record keeping and other work habits.- Willing to learn and be trained- Willing to accept mistakes, correct them and learn from them- Sense of urgency- Tech-savvyTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Uniformes gratuitos- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
