Somos un puente de oportunidad laboral especialistas en identificar, y vincular profesionales con empresas internacionales en México, LATAM y USA.Estamos en búsqueda de talento para la posición**:Lead Software Engineer.****Experiência**:- +6 años de experiência en desarrollo de software.- Desarrollo de aplicaciones entrerprise en **Java** usando **Spring**y pruebas unitarias.- **ReSTful.**:- Servicios en la nube (**AWS o Azure**).- Sistemas de mensajería como SQS, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ u otros similares.- Conexiones y transacciones de base de datos en Java.- SQL.- Metodologías ágiles.- Testing.**Responsabilidades**:- Liderar técnicamente al equipo de desarrollo, asegurando que el diseño y la arquitectura cumplan con los estándares estratégicos y mejores prácticas.- Colaborar eficazmente con otros equipos y áreas para cumplir con los objetivos del proyecto en tiempo y forma.- Participar activamente en todo el ciclo de vida ágil del desarrollo: desde la creación de historias hasta su liberación en producción.- Diseñar, desarrollar, probar y entregar funcionalidades que realmente generen valor para nuestros clientes.- Aportar requisitos no funcionales que favorezcan la salud, escalabilidad y estabilidad de las aplicaciones a largo plazo.- Aplicar prácticas de desarrollo seguro y mantenerse actualizado/a con las tendencias del sector.- Brindar soporte a las aplicaciones en producción, garantizando un servicio continuo y de calidad.- Mentorizar a ingenieros/as junior, promoviendo estándares de desarrollo de alta calidad.- Presentar conceptos técnicos a audiencias tanto técnicas como de negocio.**Idioma**:Inglés avanzado conversacional (interactúa de manera efectiva con equipos internacionales)**Zona de trabajo**:**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo competitivo.- **Bonos**: Puntualidad y asistencia.- **Prestaciones de ley**:IMSS, aguinaldo, vacaciones.- **Beneficios superiores**: seguro de vida, seguro de gastos funerarios, gastos médicos mayores, plan dental, gastos médicos menores.Si cumples con el perfil, envía tu CV al correo señalado, mencionando expectativas económicas y en asunto el nombre de la vacante
