We are currently seeking a talented Mechanical Engineering Manager to join our team at our offices in Tijuana, Mexico.Position Overview:As the Mechanical Engineering Manager at EDDY Pump Tijuana, you will lead a team of mechanical engineers in the design and development of innovative pumping equipment using Solidworks. You will be responsible for managing the entire product development process, ensuring adherence to design standards, and optimizing mechanical designs for performance and manufacturability. Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers in the design, analysis, and optimization of pumping equipment using Solidworks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product development from concept to production.Develop and implement engineering processes and standards to streamline design workflows and ensure design integrity.Perform engineering analysis, such as stress analysis, fluid dynamics simulations, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA), to validate designs and optimize performance.Oversee the creation of detailed engineering drawings and documentation, including bill of materials (BOM) and assembly instructions.Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering and pump design.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on product design and development.Proficiency in Solidworks and other CAD software.Experience managing engineering teams and leading product development projects.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Why Join EDDY Pump:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge pumping technology with a global leader in the industry.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Room for growth and professional development.Make a tangible impact on the success of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Solidworks: 5 years (required)- Engineering Management: 5 years (required)- GD&T: 5 years (required)Work Location: In person
