Apply now Academy for Cloud Delivery The Academy for Cloud Delivery is a development program designed for early‑career talent. What You’ll Do As an Academy for Cloud Delivery Associate, you’ll take part in an 8–12‑month immersive learning journey designed to build technical, functional, and professional skills through hands‑on training, global certifications, and real‑world experience across leading cloud platforms. Throughout the program, you will: Participate in a structured 8–12‑month learn‑and‑apply program, which includes a classroom phase and a practical hands‑on phase designed to prepare you with the role‑specific skills and certifications needed to succeed in Cloud Delivery. Learn from SAP experts on: SAP technologies (Basis, ABAP, HANA, OS, DB, etc.) Cloud platforms (SAP Data Centers, AWS, Azure, GCP) Enterprise solutions and customer success practices From day one, you’ll be a full‑time SAP employee, collaborating in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment that values curiosity, communication, collaboration, and continuous learning. Some roles may include shift work and may require working on weekends or public holidays as determined by project needs. You will not be required to work night shifts. You’ll develop hands‑on skills in cloud delivery, problem‑solving, escalation management, and project delivery, gaining exposure to global projects and innovation initiatives—including AI‑driven transformation. Who You’ll Become Upon successful completion of the program, you will be assigned to a key role within SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) – contributing directly to helping our customers succeed across the entire value chain. Possible roles include: Technical Operations – responsible for running customer landscapes 24x7 around the globe. Customer Engagement roles – support customers’ day‑to‑day operations: Project Leads – manage forefront transformation initiatives and customer projects. Cloud Architects – design customer landscapes. Automation Professionals – experts focused on operations automation. Escalation Management Experts and other roles within ECS, based on business and customer requirements. What You Bring 0–3 years of technical professional experience: Database management, user management, cloud architecture, server management, or operational systems management. Education & Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or a related field. Early‑career professionals and recent graduates are welcome. Technical Curiosity: Strong interest in cloud technologies, enterprise solutions, and IT operations, with a foundational understanding of databases, operating systems, or cloud concepts (preferred). Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills: Detail‑oriented, data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze information, solve problems creatively, and communicate ideas clearly. Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and emotional intelligence to thrive in a global, team‑oriented environment. Growth & Learning Orientation: Curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning—ready to pursue certifications and embrace emerging technologies, including AI.
