**Transport Requirements Specialist LATAM****TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Define, document and implement transportation standards for PH and CH. Closely collaborate with cross divisional team and the 4PL to ensure that PH and CH specific transportation and storage requirements are included in all relevant documentations and adhered to.- Support of 4PL governance (e.g. for performance reviews, audits) Establish a regional oversight on logistics performance (working closely with transport operators and the 4PL) and steer performance corrections where required. This includes operational performance and support joint audits of LSP together with 4PL as well as the planning of 4PL audits, where necessary.- Act as Regional Compliance Lead. Be the first point of contact for quality & compliance issues and regular exchange with the respective quality and supply chain functions. Have a good understanding of transport and warehousing regulations.- Understand logistics markets and solutions for the PH and CH area. Develop & maintain a very good market understanding about logistics solutions available to be able to act as a logistics advisor to the PH and CH business and to implement efficient and effective solutions together with the global requirements specialists, business and our external providers.- Project & implementation management (Innovation): Drive the implementation of new lanes and support launches, regulations and requirements on regional level.- Manage Deviations & Complaints: Drive the proper evaluation of root causes with 4PL. Evaluate and align CAPA together with 4PL and act as CAPA Owner for major and critical deviations.- Routing maintenance: Monitor, review and adjust the routes in the systems.- Performance Management: Monitor, review and steer performance and KPI compliance out of the 4PL Exemplary key decisions the role is empowered to engage on behalf of CH.**WHO YOU ARE**- Master’s degree with focus on logistics or supply chain management (desirable).- 3-5 years of experience in the logistics industry or a shipper in the pharmaceutical, consumer health or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.- Fluent in English.- Excellent understanding of logistics and supply chain processes in the pharmaceutical and / or consumer health industry.- Good understanding of transport markets (ocean and air freight) and technologies (packaging, transportation).- Good understanding of transport and warehousing regulations in the PH and CH industry (LATAM).- Ideally experience in supply chain planning and management of external manufacturing providers.- Solution driven mindset with a can-do attitude.- Collaborative working style.**WHAT WE OFFER**- Hybrid Working Style- Full time employment contract- Attractive benefits packageAt Bayer we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.
