Full Time Guadalajara, Mexico OR Remote, USWe are in search of a Sr. Business Operations Consultant who will be a trusted advisor to our clients and understand the bigger business problem and process to coach each client to success. This person will focus their talents on migrating and implementing new releases, data writing and manipulating, and configuration. The atmosphere is highly collaborative so we need a true go-getter. Looking for someone who will question what they are told and provide suggestions to better the business, with the end goal of helping to drive sales and growth for our clients. Responsibilities:Support clients by driving solutions with the greater business goals in mindDaily administration and support of client Salesforce database including but not limited to managing multiple user setups, profiles, and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validationsWork with Leadership, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and the end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggersDevelop and create customized reports and dashboards dependent upon clients’ needs and business objectivesStay current of new Salesforce features and functionality to provide recommendations for process improvementsLog identified system problems and track progress through resolutionCollege degree or equivalent work/technical experience5+ years Salesforce experience, Salesforce certification preferredUnderstanding of relational databases and data integration toolsExperience with programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Java, ApexDemonstrated experience collaborating with senior business leadersAbility to mentor, train, and develop others in a team environmentExcellent communication and analytical skillsClose attention to detailAbility to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projectsUnderstanding of Sales and Marketing workflows and business processUnderstanding of marketing automationAbility and willingness to learn the Openprise technology and preference given to those who have worked with Openprise
