Develop and maintain safety and environmental programs, policies, and procedures, to manage all HSE compliance and risks applicable to the facilityProvide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure ongoing compliance in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations in Mexico**Responsabilities**:- Develop, document and supervise policies and procedures for the Safety and Environmental Programs.- Ensure compliance of ISO Clauses in Operational Policies and Procedures- Revise, document, and supervise administrative reports for the safety and environmental areas.- Supervise accident investigation and documentation of procedures.- Supervise and facilitate Training & Environmental training to all employees.- Develop, plan, document, and implement compliance of Mexican Law under safety and Environmental requirements. STPS (Mexican OSHA, Mexican EPA).- Report monthly safety indicators to EPS staff and Corporate’s Environmental & Safety Departments.- Supervision of environmental and safety on both plants.- Supervision of environmental staff.- Specify manufacturing process capabilities and develop Process FMEAs to improve product manufacturability and quality**Education & Certifications**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Field or similar field- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or related field**Years of experience**:3-5 years**Travel Requirements**:75%
