We support our insurance company affiliates by offering property and casualty insurance products inclusive of personal auto, homeowners, RV, motorcycle, small business auto insurance and more.About the roleA Lead Generator sets up a potential policy sale and transfers it over to an agent to complete the sale. The Lead Generator learns the customer's needs and knows some product information to complete this task.**Key Responsibilities**:- Communicates effectively with internal Customers and employees for follow up purchases of customers.- Identifies the customer’s need and responds appropriately and efficiently with a sense of urgency**This is an on-site and full-time position in Tijuana, Baja California.**Education and Experience- High School diploma or equivalent experienceFunctional Skills- Ability to multi-task (i.e. talking and typing simultaneously)- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills- Professional verbal and written communication skills- Ability to navigate through multiple systems- Bilingual in English and SpanishFor this position, we offer up to $30,000 MXN. monthly before taxes.Start date: 8/15/2025Last day to apply: 8/1/2025Direct General Auto & Life, Personal Express Insurance, Century-National Insurance, ABC Insurance Agencies, NatGen Preferred, NatGen Premier, Seattle Specialty, National General Lender Services, ARS, RAC Insurance Partners, Mountain Valley Indemnity, New Jersey Skylands, Adirondack Insurance Exchange, VelaPoint, Quotit, HealthCompare, AHCP, NHIC, Healthcare Solutions Team, North Star Marketing, Euro Accident.
