Ven y sé parte de este viaje****BAT** **ESTÁ BUSCANDO UN **_MX Shopper & Lancar Marketing Manager_****FUNCIÓN**: Marketing**UBICACIÓN**:San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León**REPORTA A**:Lancar FMC Consumer Experience Senior Manager**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**- Gestión y liderazgo de estrategia de ecommerce, redes sociales, herramientas comerciales del área de marketing de BAT de Cuentas Claves en LANCAR.- Liderazgo en estrategia de para ventas retail y B2B en LANCAR.- Apoyo en la creación y presentación de información relevante relacionada con los proyectos del equipo de comercio digital.- Asistir a las reuniones semanales y dar seguimiento a las partidas abiertas.- Seguimiento semanal de nuestros dashboards.- Reunión informativa con las agencias creativas.- Seguimiento y control de todos los KPIs relevantes.- Participación y propuesta proactiva de soluciones hacia la transformación digital de nuestra operación B2B.- Compromiso con todas las partes interesadas relevantes en LANCAR.- Gestión de entrenamiento a el equipo de Cuentas Claves por medio de plataformas.- Trabajo colaborativo con equipo de Marketing Deployment y Brands.- Reforzamiento digital de FMC de compromiso del cliente.- Seguimiento y reforzamiento a ventas digitales en LANCAR.- Gestión de anuncios pagados en LANCAR.- Administración y control de CRM para Nuevas Categorías y FMC.- Integración con Digital Business Solutions.- Análisis de Datos para Nuevas Categorías y FMC.- Gestión de lanzamiento digital de Nuevas Categorías.- Publicidad y merchandising Management**EXPERIENCIA, HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS ESENCIALES**- Idealmente contar con MBA/Especialidad en Marketing Digital, Economía, Marketing, Administración.- Manejar un nível conversacional y de negocios avanzado del idioma inglés.- Manejo de paquete de Office (Excel- PowerPoint) avanzado.- Conocimiento de negocios digitales (Ecommerce, Marketplaces).- Experiência en venta B2B / B2C.- Digitalización de modelos de ventas tradicionales.- Sinergias entre centros de distribución y estrategias digitales.- Account Management, trade insights, merchandising, retail.**NOSOTROS SOMOS BAT**En BAT estamos comprometidos con nuestro propósito de crear un futuro mejor.
