Being a part of Talent Acquisition at Intel requires you to be bold, creative, take risks, and bring your best possibility thinking to every challenge.An Insight into What You'll Do:- Create and build brand awareness, position Intel as an Employer of Choice- Develop a multi-channel strategy that brings the best talent to Intel- Generate new leads and build a talent pipeline of key profiles, aligned to Intel's hiring needs- Determine and optimized the effectiveness of the different channels to recruit, as well as the advertising spendAn Insight into What You'll Bring:- You understand that an employer brand is more than a logo, and know how to communicate the value proposition of working at our company both authentically and transparently- You've organized campaigns, programs, and events from strategy to execution that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads- You track, measure, and analyze everything from top to bottom of the funnel, test to know what's working and what's not, and jump in to try new tactics, fail, and learn- You're curious, resourceful, a self-starter, a creative problem solver, an organized project manager and a team player who can also do it all yourself without needing a lot of resources or budget**Qualifications****Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.- 2+ years of applied marketing experience (preferably related to the company brand, talent attraction and lead or pipeline generation) OR Recruitment attraction- Advanced English level (spoken and written)- 1+ years of experience planning and executing events**Preferred Qualifications**:- 1+ years working in a Multinational Company- Experience working with Social Media channels including content development, community management, and data analytics- Research and Data Analytics skills**Inside this Business Group**Intel's Human Resources group is responsible for hiring, developing and retaining the best and brightest employees while continuing to strengthen the company's culture and values.
