Revisión y seguimiento de vida útil de la herramienta de corte- Revisar los problemas de calidad de las herramientas en cada proceso (Torneado, fresado, barrenado, brochado, etc)- Elaborar Reporte diario de gastos de herramientas.- Reportar problemas con herramientas, causas y soluciones propuestas.- Elaborar Reporte semanal de herramienta dañada- Monitoreo de costos e identificación de de Top 5´s de gastos en herramientas.- Mantener la base de datos actualizada de las herramientas de corte usadas en cada línea.- Buscar mejoras en las herramientas de corte para reducir el Costo Por Unidad- Buscar y desarrollar proveedores y aplicaciones de nuevas herramientas de corte.- Analizar información de nuevas propuestas de herramientas y evaluar resultados para elegir la mejor opción.- Responsable de realizar pruebas de herramientas y realizar la documentación de de las mismas.- Seguimiento de reporte de iniciativas de ahorro de forma diaria.- Revisión semanal del programa de pruebas de herramientas para ahorros con Gerencia.- Realizar presentaciones de power point a Gerencia sobre avances de pruebas y ahorros reales obtenidos mensualmente, así como seguimiento de pruebas- Crear / revisar / actualizar y administrar: instrucciones de trabajo, ayudas visuales, archivos y gráficos necesarios para gestionar la administración de herramientas.- Proporcionar información a supervisores, compañeros de trabajo y subordinados por teléfono, por escrito, correo electrónico o en persona todo lo relacionado a herramientas de corte.- Soporte a líneas de producción con cualquier problema que se tenga con la herramienta de corte.Experiência en la Industria Metal MecánicaExperiência en Herramientas de corte y sus aplicaciones (Insertos, Brocas, Machuelos, Rimas, Brochas, cortadores, racks de rolado, Porta herramientas, etc)Conocimiento en sistema ERPExperiência con centros de maquinado (CNC’s)Capacidad para leer planosFamiliarizado con los principales fabricantes de herramientas de corteFuerte experiência en mecanizado*Fresado*Torneado*BarrenadoAdministracion de ProyectosGrado en Ingeniería Industrial / Mecánica o similar- Experiência en industria automotrizConocimiento e interés demostrados de las herramientas de corteConocimiento Intermedio en Excel (Tablas dinámicas, macros, etc)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Uniformes gratuitos- Vacaciones superiores a las de leyHorario:- Horario flexible- Turno de 8 horas
