Engineer III**Job Posting Location**:Nuevo Laredo**Posting Start Date**:9/27/24**Req Id**:1794**Required Travel**:0 - 100%**Remote, Onsite or Hybrid?**:Onsite**Position Description**El Ingeniero de Manufactura su objetivo es ser responsable de la coordinación y ejecución de actividades que den soporte y desarrollo de Lanzamiento de nuevos productos y el soporte de procesos para mantener la producción. Apoyará a la planta con la selección de equipos y herramientas, evaluar e implementar procesos de rutas y BOM, diseñara herramientas, validará las herramientas y equipos, y entrenar al personal en los lanzamientos de nuevos equipos, proceso y herramientas. El Ingeniero de manufactura soportara la calidad de nuestros productos y apoyara la eficiencia y mejoras de nuestros procesos en equipos.**Key Responsibilities**- Introducción de nuevos modelos, procesos y cambios de ingeniería- . Responsable de establecer los controles y para minimizar las variaciones de los proceso- s Validaciones de los proceso- s Responsable de generar Documentos Core Tools, ME Tools-. Emisión de documentos referentes a la Gestión de Calidad-. Responsable de las mejoras a los proceso- s Solución en los problemas crónicos de scra- p Definición de necesidades de Equipo y Herramientas en los procesos actuale- s Aseguramiento del cumplimiento con la legislación en materia de seguridad y medio ambiente-. Liderara proyectos de mejora continua, optimización de proceso y reducciones de costos de las líneas de producción-.**Required Education & Qualifications**- Ingeniero Industrial, Mecánico, Eléctrico o carrera a fin (preferentemente)- . 4 años mínimos de experiência en puesto similar comprobable-. Conocimientos de planos, diseño de herramientas, rutas-. Paquetes de computaciones (MS Office, Solid Work, Minitab, SAP, Project Manager)-. Experiência en el desarrollo de PPAP alto conocimiento en Planes de Control, FMEA-, Poka Yokes, hojas de proceso y APQP.Conocimiento y manejo de técnicas de solución de problemas. 8D, DOE, Toyata KATA-. Conocimiento de metodología de mejora continua (Lean, TPS, SMED, Kaizen,80/20)-. Conocimiento e interpretación planos mecánicos, GD&T, estadística avanzada-.
