Manage the business continuity lifecycle2. Analyze contracts to evaluate business continuity obligation and make sure the plans meet the required commitments3. Answer customer requests for information4. Conduct business continuity threat and risk assessments5. Execute business impact analysis6. Validate that the BCP plans are aligned with the DRP solutions7. Analyze existing BCP plans and processes; identify gaps and recommend future development programs8. Manage real business continuity activations (disasters & emergency situations)9. Develop, implement and maintain programs to educate and raise BCM awareness among all company employees10. Serve as a local BCM source of knowledge11. Initiate and coordinate BCM training programs12. Manage and facilitate BCP tabletop drills13. Support and prepare Amdocs internal and external BC audits, including ISO 22301 and ISO 9001 audits14. Serves as a liaison with internal and external customers, and with Amdocs’ Business Continuity group.15. Provide status reports to the account management and the Global Corporate BCM Manager16. Designs and evolves BCM program to integrate into daily operations, and maintains that integration in swiftly evolving needs. Using tools, procedures, relationships, and other techniques17. Coordinate the schedule for annual business continuity documentation maintenance and update18. Travel and off-hour on-call support required**All you need is...**:- 1. At least 4 years of experience in the BCM field, ideally in a similar sector2. Experience in building and maintaining business continuity management systems3. Familiarity with ISO 22301 standard including implementation experience4. Excellent organizational skills, be comfortable dealing with individuals at all levels of the company5. Must have a self-starting, driven, assertive and positive attitude6. Demonstrates effective problem solving skills7. Excellent attention to detail8. Good presentation and documentation skills9. Ability to perform in stressful situations11. Must be able to interface and coordinate work efficiently and effectively with business partners in remote locations12.
