Our expertise in BPO, recruiting and nearshoring solutions helps companies worldwide grow without limits.**About the role**:The Human Resources Generalist supports all HR-related matters and projects, with a focus on Workers' Compensation, personnel status changes, leave administration, and daily HR operations. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, administrative organization, digital records management, and compliance. It plays a key role in maintaining professional standards and supporting risk management through accurate documentation and efficient HR processes.**Key Responsibilities**:- Perform daily HR support tasks based on the HR team's shared inbox and management directives.- Manage all aspects of Workers’ Compensation Administration, including: Responding to work-related injury reports, collecting and submitting required statements and documents, ensuring legal compliance and maintaining records and reports.- Serve as the initial administrative point of contact for internal personnel status changes: review status change requests, ensure compliance with internal policies and agency requirements, maintain and update tracking systems and prepare documentation for review by HR and Finance Directors on a bi-weekly basis.- Collaborate with HR colleagues to provide timely and compliant responses to employee inquiries.**Qualifications**:- Advanced English (C1,C2)- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business administration, etc.- 2-5 years of experience in HR.- Familiarity with ADP Workforce**Soft Skills**:- Highly detail-oriented and organized.- Upholds high standards of ethics, confidentiality, and integrity.- Empathy and emotional intelligence skills.- Ability to provide sound advice while considering all parties' interests, ensuring the agency’s protection.**Technical Skills**:- Solid knowledge of California employment law.- Strong data entry and reporting skills (written, visual, and spreadsheet-based).- Strong commitment to accuracy and due diligence.- Ability to provide sound advice while considering all parties' interests**Schedule**:- Monday to Saturday from 8:30am to 5pm Onsite- $33,400 Gross.Tipo de puesto: Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $33,400.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencialTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $33,400.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- "What is your level of English proficiency (spoken and written)?
