Process Technician

The Process Technician provides technical support to engineers to achieve improvements in processes, in aspects such as: cycle times, performance, unit cost, quality and safety in accordance with operational and production processes.- Monitors equipment and instruments by collecting information on calibration, inspection and testing.- Repairs and helps making adjustments to instruments, equipment, or products.- Follows up on advanced quality planning and documentation as needed.- Manages process documentation including work instructions visual aids and route sheets for samples.- Captures lessons learned for transfers of production process and equipment designs.- Performs in the depuration and qualification of new production equipment.- Develops analysis of deviations of instruments and control systems to identify and resolve problems- Maintains the design of the processes to optimize and facilitate their use, in accordance with the operating standards and procedures for production practices. -Performs in improvement projects.SmarterTogether- Collaborating at Sensata means working with some of the world’s most talented people in an enriching environment that is constantly pushing towards the next best thing- Employees work across functions, countries and cultures gaining new perspectives through mutual respect and open communication- As OneSensata, we are working together to make things work togetherClick here to viewSensata Recruitment Privacy StatementClick here to view ourSensata Recruitment Privacy Statement for China
