Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.Your New Role**:Your Role Accountabilities:**OPERATIONS**- Develop and integrate custom solutions within SharePoint Online to enhance business processes and workflows.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards are maintained.- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and operational procedures.- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in M365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Azure, and recommend improvements to existing solutions.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously evaluating and recommending new tools and approaches to enhance collaboration solutions.- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on best practices and solutions.Qualifications & Experiences:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks and technologies- Strong proficiency in REST API calls and programming languages.- Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, development, and customization.- Expertise in Dataverse for data management and integration.- Experience with Azure services, including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure SQL Database.- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and HTML/CSS.- Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and API design.- Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.Not Required but preferred experience:- Relevant certifications in M365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Azure are a plus- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices.- Knowledge of additional Microsoft technologies, such as Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Teams.- Experience with scripting and automation tools is a plus.- Knowledge of and passion for media, entertainment, and technology industries (including key players, growth trends and drivers, new media models, industry structure, etc.)- Familiarity with streaming and similar products/services- Experience working in a national or global company- Some visualization tool knowledge would be helpful (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)- Comfortable in working in highly iterative and somewhat unstructured environment**How We Get Things Done****Championing Inclusion at WBD
