Apply DMAIC, SPC, and advanced statistical tools to optimize processes and solve complex problems. Coach and mentor Belt-level employees, fostering Lean mindset and structured problem-solving skills. Facilitate Value Stream Mapping and lead cross-functional teams to address bottlenecks and performance issues. Deploy foundational Lean tools (5S, Visual Management, Standard Work, Kaizen) to embed continuous improvement. Align process improvements with product innovation, customer requirements, and plant growth objectives.
