At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Currently we are looking for our next:**Industrial Safety Coordinator****Which is the main objective of this role?**This role is accountable for:- Responsible of coordinating & supporting the implementation of Safety key initiatives throughout PMF manufacturing operations, focused on:- Safety Leadership strategies- Safety Cultural Maturity programs- Safety Competency Development programs- Projects related to the “LatAm Worksafe Program” local (PMF) implementation- Act as “Industrial Safety” point-person to provide guidance and support to internal customers- Coordinating core industrial safety strategies throughout PMF manufacturing operations**What will you be doing?**- Coordinating key safety initiatives on the cultural, training, and leadership pillars for manufacturing operations:- Safety Cultural, Communications & Leadership annual agenda and campaigns;- Safety Competency Development programmes based on the Global EHS Competency Model;- Safety Training & Awareness for other key Operations teams: Quality, Maintenance, Engineering & Warehouse, HR, Productivity teams- Ensures the local (PMF) implementation of the management system pillars of the Worksafe Latam strategic program, including:- Safe Operator Index- Regional Cultural programs- Safe Warehouse Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) digital management models- Hazardous Energy LOTO 3.0 digitalization models- Contractor Management Systems projects- Works with EHS Operations to implement industrial safety projects, including Safety digitalization strategies & DVC initiatives to be more agile and drive faster safety performance- Works with the Learning team for industrial safety training needs & with Productivity/MOTOR team for industrial safety issues- Drives a preventive and proactive Safety agenda by establishing priorities and coordinating necessary actions derived from GEHSMS Audits, EHS Inspection programs and Incident Investigations- Works with EHS Compliance to ensure implementation and continuous improvement of GEHSMS core safety standards throughout PMF manufacturing operations, including Leading Safety program evolution- Reports on national industrial safety strategies for PMF manufacturing operations; measuring performance vs targets, to drive change and continuous improvement.- Participates alongside EHS Compliance in GEHSMS Audits & EHS Inspection Program**Qualifications****Who are we looking for?**- **EHS **experience**:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent- At least 2-3 years of functional experience- Advanced English Level- Manufacturing Site /Supply Chain experience (preferred)- Direct experience with EHS initiatives- Effective written and verbal communication- Project management and leadership skills- Experience deploying EHS solutions- Implementation from inspections and audits; Able to assist in the trends analysis fr
