TasksEnsure customer demand is met keeping Continental's interests and necessities fulfilled.Information set up and maintenance in SAP system.Maintain a functional and polite relationship with customers, as well as with internal staff within the company.­Work together with Customer Demand Planner on Ramp up / Phase out of programs and eng changes.­Ensure Optimal inventory Levels for finished products and their correct shipment.­Work together with Traffic Dept to ensure the best transportation mode, look for costs reductions and fulfill customer's interests without damaging internal ones.­Daily follow up on Material shortage from suppliers and timely and accurate communication with customers.­Escalation on supplier delays to avoid impacts in production and customer lines.**Qualifications**:- International business, industrial engineering or logistics related career.- English 90%, communication and writing.- Negotiation skills- Customer Service- Office Proficiency- Bonus points if similar experience.- Bonus points if SAP knowledge- Morning shiftAbout usContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
