Supports the choice of the Facility Management model to implement the best practice coming from the market.**This position reports to**:Real Estate Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Manage and direct Site Managers and all contractors at each property or property clustered.- Sign all work permits needed for the day-to-day operations in the San Luis Potosí Campus.- Review and develop operational budgets and targets for the portfolio of properties.- Plan and implement maintenance for buildings, testing and inspection schedules to ensure the facility is operating safely and efficiently, maximize the life of equipment, reduce risk of failure and meet statutory obligations.- Manages building related cleaning activities in line with ABB cleaning standard.- Ensures security solutions and services follow ABB security standards.- Energy efficiency: Ensures all real estate facilities and services are managed and monitored to maximize energy efficiency of buildings and sites, makes assessments and recommends energy saving solutions.- Manages and monitors common areas, including parking and green areas.- Ensures that all activities led by Real Estate are undertaken with all necessary safety control measures to mitigate and eliminate hazards/risks.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Architect, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related.- 5 years of experience.- Dealing and managing suppliers.- Experience with Governmental processes and payments.- Knowledge in AutoCAD.- Advanced English level.**More about us**:
