At PepsiCo, we are looking for a **Data Analyst for Commercial Insights** to drive the Data for within our B2B digital services. You will be responsible for leveraging sales data and the **PepsiConnect** app to provide **strategic insights** on sales frontline performance and customer behavior.Your impact will be key in evolving PepsiCo’s store execution strategies, enhancing the experience and engagement of store owners through data-driven insights.***Your Impact**:As a **Data Analyst for Commercial Insights**, you will:- Execute the **Advanced Analytics agenda** for B2B digital services in MBS, delivering insights to uncover business opportunities and strategic growth avenues.- Advise and share **Analytics models** and best practices with PepsiCo Regions (LATAM & Global).- Develop **growth forecast sales** based on commercial initiative plans (reward programs, promotions, execution challenges, loyalty programs).- Analyze **campaign results** in real-time, proactively spotting issues within large datasets, and driving improvements based on data-driven insights.- Utilize available company **databases** to extract relevant variables and solve business challenges.- Use tools like **Python**to manage and process large datasets for advanced analytics.- Automate and enhance **visualization capabilities** through interactive dashboards using BI software.- Identify and leverage **new technologies** that support evolving business needs.- Provide **data reporting** on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and post-campaign basis to meet performance and media plan targets.- Support **Partner Consultancy teams, clients, and Campaign Managers** with ongoing optimization recommendations.- Ensure **correct data input** on customer commercial strategies and ensure seamless content updates across customer platforms.- Participate in continuous **improvement initiatives** to optimize performance and ensure service level agreements (SLA) are met.- Deliver reports on time and in full compliance with SLAs, ensuring quality and reliability.- Identify and propose new **machine learning** or **AI algorithms** to continuously improve PepsiCo's analytics and business models.Qualifications:***Who Are We Looking For?**:**Education**:- Degree in **Applied Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, or Statistics, Engineering or related field**.**Experience**:- Minimum of **1 year experience** in the development of **statistical models** (e.g., Probabilistic Graphical Models, Marketing Mix Models, Market Basket Analysis, Cannibalization Models, Share of Market Forecast Models, General and Bayesian Regressions).- Knowledge in Phyton, Pandas or Numpy- Proficiency in **English** (fluent is a must)- Strong **problem-solving** abilities, from complex to simple.- Excellent **communication** and **storytelling** skills.- Experience working effectively in **matrix relationships** across organizational boundaries.- ** Customer-focused**, adaptable, with excellent organizational skills and follow-up abilities.- Ability to handle **multiple tasks** simultaneously and adapt quickly to changes.**What can you expect from us**:- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes- Organized personality- Team player- Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy- Advocates for and embraces the use of new tools and techniques- Problem Solving- Seeks opportunities to strengthen digital culture through collaborating and sharing knowledge- Track record of improving processes, leading projects and influencing decision-makers- Has an informed opinion on digital trends, including fluency with specific digital technologies**We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
