If you are passionate about design and technology, and ready to take on exciting challenges, we want to hear from you.**JOB SUMMARY**:Lead creative projects from concept development to final delivery, working closely with the creative director, project managers and stakeholders. Manage designers and other project team members to meet task deliverables on time and on target as you drive projects forward. Role may include direct day-to-day management of designers.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:Team management: Manage multiple projects/teams simultaneously, ensuring client objectives, project deadlines and design quality requirements are met or exceeded.Technical proficiency: Maintain a deep and current expertise of the latest creative industry trends and technologies (software, 3D/motion technology, generative AI, etc.) and work collaboratively with Studio leadership on determining how to integrate trends and technology advancements into Studio projects.Workflow development and optimization: Work with Studio leadership and operations to develop and optimize workflow processes for development of creative projects.Please provide your resume in English.This is an office based position in Mexico City.**Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.ORAssociate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.ORHigh school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.- Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Advanced communication skills in English- Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related field.- 15 years of professional experience in a creative studio or advertising agency, including roles as art director or lead designer- Experience in or with the tech industry, particularly in mobile, automotive, XR, compute, and IoT extremely preferred.Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Self-Motivated problem solver: Proactive and driven, with the ability to take initiative and manage projects independently.
