**Business Unit Job Summary**:**Responsabilities**:- Assign roles to subordinates according to user requests and follow up on their compliance.- Conduct performance evaluations- Promote the training of company personnel in relation to the operation of computer systems.- Establish and maintain policies, practices and standards in the use of information systems, complying with the Corporate guidelines for the administration of networks and information systems.- Comply with corporate document retention policies and procedures.- Prepare the annual budget for software, hardware and/or service acquisitions.- Find and suggest external software and hardware consultants to solve user needs.- Prepare departmental information for operating boards.- Provide support in annual exercise of Physical Inventory.- Inventory control of computer equipment.- Evaluate the needs of the organization according to the requirements of computer equipment and accessories, in order to design the computer infrastructure of the company.- Monitor the proper functioning of security systems, such as closed-circuit systems, access controls and rondines.- Manage, configure and maintain voice and data communication equipment in general, such as: signal distribution, digital, analog, wired and wireless equipment.- Monitoring of internal and external resources of the telecommunications area such as corporate telephony including cell phones.- Actively participate in Continuous Improvement activities (Kaizen,lean events, etc.).**Education & Certifications**:- Professional Studies- English Advanced**Requirements**:- PC working knowledge- Project management- Telecommunication- Computer Network Management- Organization- Decision making- Personnel Management- Analysis and Synthesis of Information- Service Attitude- Communication- Leadership- 3-5 years of experience- 10% Travel Requirements (Visa-eligible)
