**EMPRESA AUTOMOTRIZ IMPORTANTE****Solicita**:**Manufacturing Process Optimization Engineer****Descripción y Requisitos****SUMMARY**:- Position is part of the Manufacturing Process- Design safe, robust, and reliable manufacturing processes, using Lean tools and find continuous improvement in these through innovation based on technology.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Design standard processes with efficient lines with Tools Lean.- Ensure compliance with the elements indicated in the engineering procedures for process changes.- Provides technical support in machine adjustments to the maintenance and production department- Provides technical support in machine adjustments to the maintenance and production department- Analyze line balancing based on man-machine studies for machining times and taking care of bottlenecks.- It is responsible for carrying out the capacity studies of the machinery (CPK) and the study of the measuring instruments (R&R)- It is responsible for carrying out the capacity studies of the machinery- Responsible for maintaining the processes in the released standards- Preparation of PFMEA, PCP, PQCT, PFD and standard work instructions.- Supports the implementation process of pilot runs, launches of new projects, tools.- Design of Safe, Ergonomic processes and environmental regulations- Process design under IATF 16949 and TISAX regulations**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Industrial or related career preferred- 2 + years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment- High proficiency in using MS Office software.- Communication skills.- 85% English.- .Puesto: Administracion**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
