Sounds awesome, right? Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role: Key Responsibilities Experience managing multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity, size, and type. Responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet predefined objectives, deadlines, and budgets. Manages the Delivery of marketing content and operational materials. Drives successful execution by proactively identifying and resolving project risks, challenges, and bottlenecks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Manages daily stand-ups, reviewing Kanban boards, discussing status updates and roadblocks. Proficient in Agile delivery methodologies. Understands and applies Agile philosophy including respect, collaboration, improvement, continuous learning, focus on value delivery, and adaptability. Understands Kanban project phases: Backlog, Ready, Create/Review, Copy Edit, In Lit Review, Revisions, Record Keeping, Channel Build/Deploy, Deploy. Knowledge of Content Types (Emails, Events, Presentations, Print, Social, Video, Web articles, Web Page, Webinars) Knowledge of Specific Marketing Processes (Print, Email, Video, Social, Web) Oversees review workflows with a high attention to detail, tracks required approvals, etc. Experience with Highly Regulated Marketing – Serves as the primary point of contact for ensuring compliance throughout the marketing project lifecycle. Acts as a strategic liaison between creative, legal, and compliance teams to identify and apply regulatory requirements, ensuring all marketing assets meet industry and corporate standards. Oversees review workflows, tracks required approvals, and ensures all changes are accurately implemented. Proactively identifies potential compliance risks, advises on solutions, and maintains thorough documentation to support audits and regulatory inquiries. Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Adobe, Workfront (or similar: Jira, Asana, Monday), Agile/Waterfall methodologies, Content Automation Technologies, Publication & Literature Reference Codes data bases. Nice-to-have: AI Tooling Proficiency : Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows. Must-have Skills Experience working in the financial services industry, with knowledge of financial, technical, and customer domains on regulated industries like Pharma, insurance, etc... Familiarity with content production workflows, marketing content development, and operational processes. Experience supporting teams with backlog refinement and ensuring smooth project transitions.
