This position will prepare data for the internal and external auditors and will work on special projects as requested.- **Responsibilities**:_- Assist in the month-end, half-year, and year-end financial submissions- Prepare and posting of journal entries- Perform and assist with account and bank reconciliations- Assist with Budget preparation and analysis- Prepare and gather data for external and internal auditors- Manage customer contract files, calculate commission and rebates payments- Data Analysis and Reporting to support sales and margin objectives- Backup for setting up new customer files- Assist with other corporate accounting duties and special projects as directed by Management**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business with an emphasis in accounting required- Minimum of three years of accounting experience- Extensive knowledge of Excel and Word- Prefer experience with JD Edwards or Hyperion Reporting Software- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Possess ability to work independently and as a team player- Must be accurate and detailed oriented- Excellent customer service skills- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks- Able to work overtime as needed- Must be high energy and self-motivated**So, what are you waiting for?
