We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Operations Specialist to join our team and drive impactful marketing initiatives across LATAM. This role combines strategic digital marketing execution with operational excellence to ensure seamless event and campaign delivery. Key Responsibilities Create and update landing pages on Swoogo to support event marketing initiatives. Lead and compile the digital and social media plan for LATAM, collaborating with Field Marketing leaders to ensure alignment with in-market activities. Capture and curate content during in-person events for pre- and post-event marketing, highlighting key moments and insights. Oversee content translation (English to Spanish) to maintain consistent branding across all materials. Provide on-ground operational support to the Marketing Manager for smooth execution of marketing activities. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for Mexico, driving regional growth and engagement. Design and implement campaigns to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Support campaign creation and tracking in SFDC for Marketing Funds (MF) and Other Territories (OT). Master BEACON reporting and waterfall analysis in collaboration with FM leaders. Assist in creating and managing social media channels, including support for ADEs, to boost engagement and visibility. Event Planning & Vendor Management: Conduct research to identify venues that meet event requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors for seamless collaboration. Coordinate with vendors during the pre-event phase to ensure timely and successful execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and event operations, preferably in LATAM markets. Proficiency in Swoogo, Eloqua, SFDC, and social media management tools. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign analytics. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
