Come, join us on this journey****British American Tobacco** Mexico** has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Materials Analyst in Monterrey**The Marketing Materials Analyst role is responsible to work on the Point of Sales campaigns from United States with Planning & Deployment (P&D), helping with the creation and deployment of materials to the execution the programs on an efficient and accurate time. Acting as primary contact for cross-functional teams, driving adherence to RMP project timelines, and managing marketing materials item status and inventory. This role will be involved also to develop initiatives to improve the current process with improvement projects.**Your key responsibilities will include**:- Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects.- Establish and maintain strong internal/external partnerships and promote strong teamwork.- Responsible for new material item set-up, monitoring inbound and outbound of materials.- Identify opportunities to better support Field Trade Marketing with materials that are deployed to the field.- Collaborate and interact with internal and external stakeholders to support projects.**What are we looking for?**- BA/BS degree required.- 2+ years marketing, supply chain or operations experience required in a fast paced, consumer goods industry.- Microsoft Office proficiency primarily with the use of Excel and PowerPoint.- SAP and Salesforce experience is a plus.- Prior project management experience adhering to strict timelines preferred.- Strong ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Self-starter who works well independently & collaboratively across different functions and customers.- Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal presentation skills.- Solution-oriented with strong inter-personal skills; natural ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders at various levels within an organization.**What we offer you?**- Our range of benefits varies by country and includes diverse health plans, initiatives for work-life balance, transportation support, and a flexible holiday plan with additional incentives- Your journey with us isn't limited by boundaries; it's propelled by your aspirations.
