**Job Description Summary**:Activities contributing to the Steam Turbine design and development of products, solutions and systems. Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.**Roles and Responsibilities**- Execute the electrical design, evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements. This work would include mechanical and/or electrical engineering for all products- Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.- Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor/Master’s degree of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field(Electrical equipment, Instrumentation & Control)- Demonstrated academic achievements- Demonstrated leadership accomplishments besides academics.- Maximum of 2 years after graduated.- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills- Situational adaptable.- Being resilient- Self-aware and self-starter- Advanced English Level- Effective Communication Skills.**Strong design knowledge on one or various of the following fields**:- Instrumentation systems (Measurement devices such as thermocouples, pressure transmitters, vibration monitoring, haz-gas sensors, etc)**Desired Characteristics**- MS Degree in electrical or related engineering field- Self -starter, clear thinker, capable of identifying solutions to problems and driving them to resolution- Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.- Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills.
