KEEP READING IF YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO GET THE JOB DONE..._**YOUR ROLE**This is an outsourcing role, you'd be assigned to one of our Clients to perform the following duties for their business:**General Administrative duties to fulfill the needs of the operation.**- Respond to team member and client queries.- Manage and process team expenses.**Accounts**- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management.- Creating, sending, and following up on invoices.**Reporting**- Reviewing and performing audits on financial statements and reports.- Research, report and resolve account discrepancies.- Prepare monthly updates of expense receipts and statements.- Financial analysis (income & expense trends, top expenditures, etc.) to suggest improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.- Account reconciliation and general ledger reclassification.- Continuous compliance with all regulatory, banking, tax, and other financial obligations, reporting and keeping record of the needed requirements.- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups, as needed.**YOUR AWESOME TRAITS****REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor’s Degree required in Accounting or Finance.- Knowledge with Quickbooks- Avdanced/Expert knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.- C1-C2 Level of Written and Spoken English- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping.**ABOUT YOU**- Great Communication and assertiveness, you can communicate with high level clients, team members and our team of US CPA's and Accountants- Positivity, and a roll up your sleeves “can do” attitude are absolute musts- Ability to pivot quickly when needed, and enjoy building processes that appropriately scale a growing business- Comfortable collaborating effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced, rapid-growth environment.- Independent and proactive self-starter who operates with a strong sense of ownership for projects and results, excellent business judgment**WHY CHAT ASSASSINS?**Receive amazing benefits as holidays and vacation time, excellent bonuses, completely remote work-from-home experience, 80% female-run company and a friendly work environment**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-timePay: $135.00 - $250.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 - 40 per week**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English at a C1 level or higher (required)Work Location: Remote
