Because it’s the best-run businesses that make the world run better and improve people’s lives.**YOUR FUTURE ROLE**This position is within the Essential Adoption Services & Automations; part of the Adoption Services Center (ASC) organization.- Align with SAP strategy to develop and drive SAP Enterprise Support (ES) & SAP Enterprise Support Cloud Edition (ESCE) portfolio, guidance and scale delivery to help customers with their SAP transformation journey- Close collaboration with other roles within the Adoption Services Center teams, and beyond, on investment needs, product strategy, go-to-market, portfolio consumption and scaling content delivery- Design scalable, modern, self-consumable ES & ESCE foundational content to support customer’s business objectives and adoption of SAP solutions- Manage the creation and curation of ES & ESCE foundational content, ensuring consistency across solutions and offerings- Actively seek opportunities to collaborate across teams to improve the ES & ESCE portfolio and the overall customer experience- Co-innovate and pilot with customers to ensure content and formats remain cutting edge- Provide advisory & guidance to customers through ES & ESCE foundational offerings on a scalable delivery platform- Raise awareness of SAP ES portfolio & offerings with customers and across SAP; champion our achievements and customer success**YOUR PROFILE**- We are looking for a self-motivated, self-driven, curious, open-minded and flexible professional with functional knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management solutions. Knowledge in Transportation Management & Extended Warehouse Management would be a plus.- Fluent in English, both written and spoken- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, internally and externally, with appropriate discretion where required- Strong presentation skills both in creating and delivering presentations for varying audiences- Problem-solving aptitude with results focused customer centric mindset- Ability to deliver results, work independently, and take ownership to drive topics forward**ABOUT THE TEAM**We build and deliver a scalable, foundational experience for our customers powered by insights and embedded automation.
