Quality Systems Supervisor

**YOUR ROLE**The Quality Systems Supervisor on our team shall be responsible for planning, coordinate and guide all activities relevant to the Saltillo Technical Center for the development and implementation of quality system necessary and maintain the operation of the engineering group and lab accredited to ISO/IEC 17025.Must keep systems updated and should provide support to all engineering areas for development, implementation of documents and procedures that support compliance with the requirements of the different document systems and procedures that support compliance with the requirements of the various quality systems..In your daily job you will:- Lead the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Business System to meet the requirements of QMS, A2LA, and ISO/IEC 17025.- Review proposed Quality Manual revisions to ensure compliance to QMS/ISO and customer specific requirements.- Coordinate Internal/external audits and communicate results.- Manage and verify implementation of corrective/risk analysis actions as appropriate.- Identification of deviations from the management system or from engineering procedures.- Ensure the integrity of the management system is maintained when changes to the management system are planned and implemented.- Communicate the effectiveness of the management system and EHS&S results- Conduct management reviews of the Business System to ensure its continuing suitability and effectiveness and facilitate Management Review Meetings- Global/NA/ Local Document Control Coordinator (PE/ME)- Support, maintain, and improve EOS in accordance with QMS, IATF 16949, A2LA, and ISO/IEC 17025**YOUR BACKGROUND**Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:- Lead the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Business System to meet the requirements of QMS, A2LA, and ISO/IEC 17025.- Review proposed Quality Manual revisions to ensure compliance to QMS/ISO and customer specific requirements.- Coordinate Internal/external audits and communicate results.- Manage and verify implementation of corrective/risk analysis actions as appropriate.- Identification of deviations from the management system or from engineering procedures.- Ensure the integrity of the management system is maintained when changes to the management system are planned and implemented.- Communicate the effectiveness of the management system and EHS&S results- Conduct management reviews of the Business System to ensure its continuing suitability and effectiveness and facilitate Management Review Meetings- Serve as Global/NA/ Local Document Control Coordinator (PE/ME)- Support, maintain, and improve EOS in accordance with QMS, IATF 16949, A2LA, and ISO/IEC 17025**WHY JOIN US?**- **You can grow at Aptiv.**Aptiv provides an inclusive work environment where all individuals can grow and develop, regardless of gender, ethnicity or beliefs.- **You can have an impact**.
